
Adrian Murenzi
Adrian Murenzi joined the Office of the Auditor General in October 2017 and was appointed Audit Manager (Performance Audit) in July 2021. In this role, Adrian supervises financial and performance (value-for-money) audits of Government ministries, statutory authorities and companies.
Adrian has over 14 years of audit experience. He began his career with KPMG (Uganda) in 2010 before working with Ernst & Young and KPMG in the Cayman Islands from September 2014 to October 2017.
Adrian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) accredited by The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
Adrian enjoys playing and watching sports, especially football, and is a fitness enthusiast.
